Hotel kitchen - food prepared was ok but not prepared as per European hygienic standards as I would expect in five star hotel. We were food poisoned at this hotel as per the doctor diagnose.
Possibly the best hotel in Agra. Fantastic luxury. Beautiful pool. Friendly staff. The Mughal Garden is brilliant and well maintained. The cultural show at the end of the day is very relaxing and refreshing.
We reached the hotel at 2 in the morning after a really long drive from shimla. the staff were very kind to provide us a room at the same rate that we booked the hotel (we got an excellent last-minute deal) for the night. plus, we also got a free upgrade, which was really nice.
there was some problem with the lighting on the first night, it came on by itself twice during the night. Plus no hot water on the first night!
beautiful site. comfortable room.
Pool was not working. Was looking forward to a swim. Gave me a basement room when it looked like there were plenty of 1st and 2nd floor rooms with views available. I should have spoken up but was too tired after the 4+ intense car trip from New Delhi.
Absolutely everything - best hotelver (and I travel a lot)
Hotel is Beautiful and Well Done up and Rooms were nicely decorated
Bathroom fittings are cheap and cause inconvenience
The hotel is huge and the garden is a copy of the gardens at the taj mahal build in moghul style.
The hotel is still under construction with a not working pool and no hot showers. The management of the hotel is very inflexible and unfriendly. The location of the hotel is far from the taj mahal and located at a more industrial area. Our room was O.K. but for the price range unexceptable. Hotel grand wyndham has a lot of work to do to get things better.
Wanderfull hotel!! Everything in this hotel is astonishing!
1) There were a lot of mosquitos during the breakfast - There was a person just to kill these mosquitos! 2) I spent 2 nights there and I had to take cold baths, because the hotel didn´t have hot water! 3) The reception told me that next day I´d have hot water to my bath, but it didn´t happen and they were not worried about it. 4) If it is raining, you had to take this rain to go to your room. The outside area do reach your room from the reception is not covered. 5) There are a lot of frogs in the internal garden, so during the night you have to be carefull to avoid hurting them. 6) The sauna was not working, because tho door didn´t close. 7) The restaurant was most expensive during all my trip in India. 8) Tha swiming pool was dirty with leaves and the water was translucent.
Beautiful facility. Kind and helpful staff.
Nothing except the surrounding city is filthy. Hotel is private and gated.
Location and room
More a 4star overall. Staff not quite up to par with other luxury Indian Hotels
They don´t have ventilation in the bathroom, so any time you take a shower the alarm goes on. And members of the staff come to your room to see what is happening instead of fixing the problem. And the communication between the travel desk and the reception is very poor.
Was soll man mehr sagen?
Lage super, Essen sehr gut, Pool wunderschön, Service excellent
